Max is a member of the Capital Advisory team at Park Madison Partners and is responsible for due diligence, structuring, financial underwriting, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2026, Max was an Associate with Houlihan Lokey in the Real Estate Valuation Group. Prior to that, he worked on the valuation team at Altus Group.
Max earned his B.S. in Risk Management with a Concentration in Real Estate from Penn State University and his M.P.S in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

Which past experiences prepared you best for your role at Park Madison?
My past experiences in real estate valuation advisory and consulting have set me up well for my role at Park Madison. I have had great opportunities to work with real estate funds, assets, and portfolios at all stages of the investment life cycle, whether it be pre-acquisition/capital raising to through the hold period into disposition. My prior exposure to real estate also includes analysis and strategy for varying asset classes, from more standard assets such as industrial, multifamily, office, etc., to more niche assets like data centers, self-storage, luxury residential developments, cell towers, amongst others.

What’s your favorite way to spend time off?
To escape the cold and enjoy warm and sunny weather! From sitting at the beach or pool to playing golf and other outdoor sports, my favorite way to decompress is to get some sun.
