Nancy I. Lashine
Ms. Lashine is a Managing Partner and Founder of Park Madison Partners. She has 27 years of real estate experience, providing placement and strategic consulting services both as principal and agent. She has been directly involved in the formation of investment products across the equity and debt markets and along the risk-return spectrum from core funds to opportunity funds.
As a strategic consultant, Ms Lashine has advised leading institutional real estate investment advisors and managers on product development and expansion, the implementation of institutional marketing initiatives, and organization of professional teams.
Ms. Lashine earned her MBA at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where she graduated with majors in finance and marketing. She is a member of ULI, WX (Executive Women in Real Estate) and is a past board member of PREA.

Suzanne R. West
Ms. West is a Managing Partner and Founder of Park Madison Partners. She has 20+ years of real estate experience, the past 10 of which have been focused primarily on new business development, private equity capital sourcing and investor relations for both public and private real estate companies (Acadia Realty, DRA Advisors and Aetos Capital).
Her investment management experience includes seven years at the $20 billion State of Connecticut Trust Funds, where she was involved in the management of both real estate equity and commercial mortgage portfolios as a senior investment officer. Her experience also includes portfolio management responsibilities with the O’Connor Group, a leading institutional management firm.
Ms. West has a B.S. in finance from the University of Connecticut. She is member of Pension Real Estate Association.

Robert J. Kohn
Mr. Kohn is a Principal at Park Madison Partners focused on private equity capital sourcing and relationship management. He has ten years of finance experience in real estate and banking. Previously, he was a Partner with Quince Hill Partners where he raised institutional investment capital for real estate firms.
Mr. Kohn has extensive international experience, including working as an investment banker in Singapore for JP Morgan and as a strategic consultant for an industry-leading real estate firm in London. He was also Marketing Director for Commonwealth Realty Advisors.
Mr. Kohn earned his B.S. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Yasmine Uzmez
Ms. Uzmez is a Principal at Park Madison Partners, where she focuses on new business development, due diligence and project management. Previously, she was Director of Investments with Black Creek’s global real estate fund of funds, and a Vice President in the Consulting Group of CBRE in New York. She also has experience in management consulting with Cap Gemini in Paris and risk management with JP Morgan in Brussels.
Ms. Uzmez received an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she has been serving as Teaching Associate in Global Real Estate Investment since 2008. She also holds an M.S. in Business Engineering major in Finance from the Solvay Business School in Brussels and is a Certified European Financial Analyst. She is a Belgian citizen and a native French speaker.
Thomas S. Foster
Mr. Foster has joined Park Madison Partners as Managing Director, Asia, responsible for new business development in the Pan-Asian market. Mr. Foster is based in Hong Kong. With over 30 years of real estate and finance experience, Mr. Foster has raised over $5 billion of capital for real estate investment firms. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of Quince Hill Partners which represented a few sect placement projects at a time. The firm represented Rockspring LLC, based in London, which invests throughout Europe. In addition, the firm completed two successive “start up” funds totaling over $300 million for Covenant Capital, a multifamily real estate investor. Prior to working with Covenant, Mr. Foster raised $1 billion in three successive real estate investment funds for Rockwood Capital based in Greenwich CT and San Francisco.
Mr. Foster also was responsible for successfully structuring and marketing the first two institutional real estate funds for Taylor, Simpson Group raising $400 million. He began his real estate career with JMB Realty where he was a senior marketing professional and was integral in fund raising and client service for almost 400 investors participating in a wide variety of investment funds.
Mr. Foster practiced law from 1980 to 1982 with Chadwell, Kayser, Ruggles, McGee and Hastings, also located in Chicago. He graduated from Duke University in 1976 with a B.A., magna cum laude, in economics. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1979.
