Ms. Lashine is the Founder and Managing Partner of Park Madison Partners, a boutique real asset private equity placement firm. The firm is a leading advisor to investment management firms on their business strategy. Park Madison is headquartered in New York City and is a FINRA regulated broker dealer.

Ms. Lashine has over 35 years of real estate and investment marketing experience. Prior to forming Park Madison Partners, Ms. Lashine was a strategic consultant advising leading institutional real estate investment managers on product development and the implementation of institutional marketing initiatives. Clients included Lehman Brothers, Angelo Gordon, ING Clarion, Sentinel Real Estate and JER Partners.

Ms. Lashine was an early member of The O'Connor Group (1985-1995) and began her finance career at  LF Rothschild, Unterberg and Towbin (1981-1985).

Ms. Lashine earned her MBA at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a BFA, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve in Dance Theatre. She serves on several Boards including the Columbia MBA Real Estate Advisory Board, the Gibney Dance Center Board, and is a past board member of the Pension Real Estate Association. She is a member of ULI and WX (Executive Women in Real Estate).

 

Ms. Coulson Naik is a Partner at Park Madison Partners where she brings extensive experience in originating, structuring and placing limited partnership interests in real estate private equity funds in both developed and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2013, Ms. Coulson Naik worked in private placement at MVision Private Equity Advisers and JT Partners. She began her career at IRR Corporate & Public Finance facilitating public financing and economic incentives for private real estate developments.

Ms. Coulson Naik received a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law with a certificate in international trade and finance and earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.

 

Mr. Kohn is a Partner at Park Madison Partners focused on capital formation, strategic advisory services, and client management. He has over 22 years of finance experience in real estate and banking. 

Mr. Kohn re-joined Park Madison Partners in 2016, having previously been with the firm from 2011-2013.  Prior to re-joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Kohn was a Senior Vice President at Akridge where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring joint venture partnerships with industry-leading institutional investment firms.  He also acted as a senior advisor to one of the largest privately owned private equity real estate firms in Europe providing them with strategic advice on capital formation with a focus on North American investors. 

Mr. Kohn has extensive international business experience, having lived and worked in both Europe and Asia.

Mr. Kohn earned his B.S. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

 

Ms. Cummings is a Partner at Park Madison Partners focused on capital formation, strategic advisory services, and client management. She has over 35 years of real estate experience across a wide range of roles including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, and capital formation.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Ms. Cummings was a Managing Director at MetLife Investment Management, where she was responsible for the development and management of relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Prior to joining MetLife, Ms. Cummings served for nearly 15 years at JPMorgan Asset Management, helping to expand JPMorgan's real assets group into the institutional advisory space. Before JPMorgan, Ms. Cummings served as a portfolio manager at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Prior to that, she was a President and owned a majority interest in Net Lease Partners. She started her career at W.P. Carey in 1982.

Ms. Cummings attended Stanford University where she studied English.

 

Mr. Koch is a Partner at Park Madison Partners focused on institutional investor relationships, capital advisory, and sourcing best-in-class investment managers. 

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Koch was a Partner at the Townsend Group where he led the Firm’s global advisory and consulting practice. Further, as a Townsend Executive Committee member he was deeply involved in firm strategy and product development. Mr. Koch was the lead Partner on several of Townsend’s most active and sophisticated institutional clients. His consulting responsibilities included creating and implementing real asset investment policies, strategies and guidelines; advising on real asset structures across a broad range of risk/return objectives; manager selection and due diligence; as well as performance analytics and monitoring. Mr. Koch began his finance and investment career at National City Bank where he was an Account Officer. 

Mr. Koch received a B.A. from Lafayette College and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

 

Mr. Sweeney is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Project Management at Park Madison Partners. In this capacity, he works with Park Madison’s senior principals in providing capital raising and advisory services to the firm’s commercial real estate clients, and also leads various business development and management initiatives. 

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2012, Mr. Sweeney was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. In this role, he was responsible for supporting investment advisory and distribution efforts across all asset classes, including equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private equity, and structured products.

Mr. Kotzas is a Partner and member of the Capital Advisory team at Park Madison Partners. He is responsible for due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and financial underwriting for all transactions. Mr. Kotzas has over 17 years of experience including the execution of more than $6 billion of real estate transactions across all major asset classes.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Kotzas was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of C6 Real Estate, a New York-based investment manager focused on principal investments and recapitalizations. Previously, Mr. Kotzas led US due diligence and execution efforts for Partners Group. During his tenure, he was responsible for structuring and executing complex fund and joint venture portfolio recapitalizations. Prior to Partners Group, Mr. Kotzas was responsible for acquisitions and asset management for Assurant.

Mr. Kotzas holds a BA in Economics from New York University.

 

Mr. Di Salvo is a Partner and member of the Capital Advisory team at Park Madison Partners. He leads origination and capital markets by identifying new investments and arranging equity or debt financing through long-term relationships with investors, lenders, and property owners. He brings 18 years of investment experience having acquired or advised on over 105 assets valued at more than $6 billion.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Di Salvo was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of C6 Real Estate, a New York-based investment manager focused on principal investments and recapitalizations. Previously, Mr. Di Salvo led real estate originations at Partners Group, a global investment management firm with over $100 billion under management. While at Partners Group, Mr. Di Salvo was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of US portfolio recapitalizations. Prior to Partners Group, Mr. Di Salvo held positions at CBRE and TREC Investment Realty.

Mr. Di Salvo is active in local communities as the Founder of The Jack DiSalvo Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. He earned a B.S. in Real Estate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

 

Mr. Pitzer is a Principal and member of the Capital Advisory team at Park Madison Partners. He is responsible for asset-level financial analysis, underwriting and due diligence, is involved with partnership structuring and strategic advisement, and oversees project management activities on all capital advisory assignments. He is also actively involved in business development and other firm-level strategic and operational activities. 

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Pitzer was a Principal at C6 Real Estate, a New York-based investment manager focused on principal investments and recapitalizations. Prior to C6, Mr. Pitzer was a portfolio manager at Madison Marquette, a national real estate investment manager and developer, where he was responsible for overseeing a $485 million opportunistic private equity real estate fund, comprised of over 20 million square feet, and ultimately overseeing its recapitalization resulting a new joint venture partnership with a major private equity firm.

Mr. Pitzer earned an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University.

 

Mr. Anthony is a Principal at Park Madison Partners focused on capital formation, strategic advisory services, and client management. He has over 16 years of experience in real estate equity and debt investment management. 

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners, Mr. Anthony was a Senior Director at USAA Real Estate and Square Mile Capital where he was responsible for the development and management of relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Prior to joining USAA Real Estate and Square Mile Capital, Mr. Anthony spent nearly 5 years at MetLife Investment Management as part of the initial team that built out the third party investment management platform and managed relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Prior to MetLife, Mr. Anthony worked at PGIM Real Estate for nearly 6 years across real estate equity and debt strategies.

Mr. Anthony has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from University at Albany, State University of New York and an MBA from Rutgers Business School, Center for Real Estate.

 

Mr. Goldman is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners. In this role, he works with Park Madison’s senior leadership team providing capital raising and advisory services to the firm’s commercial real estate clients and helps diligence new business prospects.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2022, Mr. Goldman was an Investment Director within NEPC’s Real Assets Research team, where he was responsible for client management, manager sourcing and due diligence. During his tenure at NEPC, Mr. Goldman led the underwriting for 30+ private real estate and real assets funds that were approved by NEPC’s Alternative Assets Committee.

Mr. Goldman earned a BA in Finance from the University of Delaware in 2015. He is a CAIA charterholder.

Mr. Khiyani is a member of the Capital Advisory team at Park Madison Partners and is responsible for due diligence, structuring, financial underwriting, and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2022, Mr. Khiyani was a Senior Analyst within Brixmor Property Group’s Financial Asset Management team, where he oversaw and managed a portfolio of 87 assets containing over 17 million square feet of retail space. Prior to that, he worked on the asset management teams of Olshan Properties and Pensam Capital.

Mr. Khiyani earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from University of Florida. He is currently pursuing his M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the Schack Institute at New York University. Mr. Khiyani is also a CFA Level III Candidate.

 

Ms. Cummings is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners. Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2022, Ms. Cummings was an Analyst within Blackstone’s Alternative Asset Management Group on their Business Financial Evaluation Team. Prior to that, she worked as a Development Intern for NorthPoint Development.

Ms. Cummings earned her BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri.

 

Mr. Vinick is responsible for project management and manager due diligence at Park Madison Partners. Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2022, Mr. Vinick was an Associate with Goedecke & Co., LLC in Commercial Real Estate Debt and Equity Capital Markets. Prior to that, he worked as an Acquisitions Intern for GFI Partners.

Mr. Vinick earned his BSBA with a Concentration in Real Estate Finance from Babson College.

 

Ms. Parker is responsible for overseeing and supervising the day to day business activities and the employees at Park Madison Partners.  She has been the firm since its inception in 2006. 

Prior to joining Park Madison Partners in 2006, Ms. Parker was the assistant to the Head of Institutional Sales & Client Service at John A. Levin & Co.  Prior to that she was a Portfolio Assistant at Rockefeller & Co.

 

Michael O’Brien is a Senior Advisor to Park Madison Partners. Mr. O'Brien brings 40 years of experience in the institutional real estate investment industry, with most of it in capital raising and client relations roles.

As a Managing Director at JP Morgan Asset Management, he led the JP Morgan Real Estate client portfolio management and marketing team for most of his 15 years there. Prior to that he was at Equitable Real Estate/ Lend Lease for 22 years where he had various responsibilities including real estate product management and senior client relations and marketing positions. Mr. O'Brien and the teams he led raised substantial capital for a broad range of products and strategies including open and closed-end commingled funds and separate accounts across the risk/return spectrum - from core to opportunistic. He was also instrumental in the creation and launch of new investment products and strategies.

Mr. O'Brien earned a BA in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Rutgers University.

Terry Ahern co-founded The Townsend Group in 1983. He is the Chairman Emeritus of the firm. Prior to founding Townsend, Mr. Ahern was the Vice President of a real estate investment bank after beginning his career in law private practice.

Mr. Ahern is a well-respected authority on real estate markets. He has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has authored numerous articles in academic journals and industry publications. He has served as an expert witness on behalf of institutional investors and has provided assistance and testimony to the Department of Labor (DOL), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Mr. Ahern was a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF). He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the Board of Editors of Institutional Real Estate Securities and of the Board of Editors of The Institutional Real Estate Letter. He is Chairman of the Board of DDR Corp., (NYSE:DDR), a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. Since 2002, Terry has been a member of Blue Coats, Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to the well-being of families of Cuyahoga County, Ohio safety forces personnel who have lost their lives in the line of duty.

Mr. Ahern received a JD, Cum Laude, and BA, Magna Cum Laude, from Cleveland State University.

 

Kenneth F. Bernstein is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Acadia Realty Trust, which he co-founded in 1998. Acadia Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment and management of open-air retail properties. Acadia owns, or has ownership interest in over 100 properties totaling approximately $4 billion dollars in value.

Acadia is also the manager of a series of discretionary institutional acquisition funds. Acadia recently launched Fund V which is capitalized to acquire $1.5 billion dollars of retail properties.

Mr. Bernstein served as Chief Operating Officer of RD Capital until its merger with Mark Centers Trust in 1998, creating Acadia Realty Trust. Prior to that, Mr. Bernstein was an associate with the New York law firm of Battle Fowler, LLP.

Mr. Bernstein received his B.A. from the University of Vermont and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Bernstein sits on the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and served as the 2016/2017 Vice Chairman. In addition to being a member of the World President’s Organization (YPO-WPO), where he was the founding chairman of the Real Estate Network, he currently sits on the Board of Advisors. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Golub Capital (NASDAQ: GBDC).

 

Kevin is Principal of Shadow Hill Partners, an investment firm he founded in 2020. Previously, Kevin was Head of Real Estate Americas at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, a 250 person group that manages more than $70 billion of assets across a range of Core, Mid-risk and Opportunistic strategies on behalf of institutional, sovereign and high net worth investors. Kevin was a member of JPMAM Americas Executive Committee and the J.P. Morgan Commercial Real Estate Council which coordinates the Real Estate activities of the broader Firm. Before joining the firm, he was employed by Landauer Associates, a national real estate consulting firm. Kevin holds a B.S. in real estate and finance from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University. He served on the Board of Directors of PREA and The Real Estate Roundtable, is President of the PREA Foundation and is an Urban Land Institute Trustee and Governor.

 

Deborah Harmon is Co-Founder and CEO at Artemis Real Estate Partners, a majority women-owned, U.S. commercial real estate investment management firm. Ms. Harmon is an industry leader and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in real estate. Prior to Artemis, Ms. Harmon spent 17 years establishing and leading the principal investing business at JE Robert Companies.

She serves as Chairperson of the Pension Real Estate Association Foundation, is a board member of the Pension Real Estate Association, a key leader and former trustee of the Urban Land Institute, and a member of the Advisory Board of Jasper Ridge Charitable Fund and the Advisory Board of the BlackIvy Group. Ms. Harmon also serves on the Board and Executive Committee for Women for Women International and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. President Barack Obama appointed Harmon to serve as a Commissioner for the White House Fellows program and she previously served on the boards of directors for Forest City Enterprises and Avis Group Holdings, the board of advisors for the School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University, and on the boards of Sidwell Friends School, Beauvoir, the National Cathedral Elementary School, and of the National Children’s Research Center.

Ms. Harmon earned a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Larry Hass is a partner in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings in New York. He is the former head of the firm’s Global Private Investment Funds practice group and co-head of the firm’s Global Compensation, Benefits, and ERISA practice. Mr. Hass concentrates his practice in assisting clients in the formation of private real estate investment funds and other private equity funds, and in the management, operation and regulatory compliance of such funds. Mr. Hass is also recognized as a leading expert on the interpretation and application of the fiduciary responsibility requirements of ERISA.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Hass served as an attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as assistant counsel for Fiduciary Responsibility in the Solicitors Office of the U.S. Department of Labor, and as special assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration at the U.S. Department of Labor.

Mr. Hass is also the general counsel of the Pension Real Estate Association and is a past member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Hass earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

 

Raymond Mikulich is a veteran real estate finance and investment professional who has successfully navigated five real estate cycles in his 35-year career. He was the co-head and functioned as chief executive officer of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity from 1999 through March 2007 where he led the formation, structuring, fundraising, investment and asset management activities of the 140 person business across five offices globally. Under his leadership, over $5.0 billion of equity capital was raised for two opportunity funds and one mezzanine debt fund and invested in over $45 billion of property transactions. Mr. Mikulich was a managing director of Lehman Brothers and a member of the firm's private equity investment and operating committees.

From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Mikulich was responsible for establishing, building and managing the global real estate investment banking activities at Lehman Brothers. He built and lead the 50 person group that provided strategic advice to the country's largest real estate companies and was actively involved in the public and private debt and equity markets, including early RTC and private CMBaltS offerings, the creation and public offering of several modern REITs as well as numerous real estate company restructurings. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Mikulich was with LaSalle National Bank, Chicago, and its parent, ABN/AMRO, for seven years, where he was involved in property acquisitions and joint ventures on behalf of European pension funds, as well as real estate workouts, REIT restructurings and lending.

Mr. Mikulich is a recognized industry leader, serving as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, on the Board of The Real Estate Roundtable, a member of the Advisory Board of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Altus Group, and member of the Board of Directors of Colony Capital. He has also served as a board member of the Real Estate Centers at the Wharton School, Columbia University and the University of Wisconsin.

He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Knox College, and his J.D., with high honors, from Chicago Kent College of Law and is a Certified Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and a Chartered Surveyor (RICS).

Vittorio Lacagnina is a Partner in the Institutional Client & Product Solutions group at Apollo Global Management where he leads capital formation for Sustainability & Infrastructure and is a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2022, Vittorio was Managing Director & Head of Business Development, Private Infrastructure at Partners Group.

Vittorio has over 25 years of industry experience across a variety of senior investment, advisory and capital formation roles. Vittorio began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs where he acquired relevant transaction and coverage expertise across the Americas and Europe.

Vittorio graduated with a first-class BA (Hons) in international business from the European Business School, London.

Vittorio is a Member of the Board of Governors of Ocean Exchange, whose mission is to accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions for healthy oceans and a sustainable blue economy. He is also a supporter of Glasswing International, which is involved in Positive Youth Development, Community Empowerment and Emergency & Trauma-Informed Care in Central America.

 

Mr. Lyons is the former President and CEO of Savills’ North American subsidiary, a position he held through 2012. He has over 30 years of real estate investment banking and capital markets experience and is responsible for generating over $20 billion of commercial real estate transactions through sales, financing, and strategic advice.  Mr. Lyons has placed over $675 million of real estate equity capital on behalf of U.S. family office investors since 2014.  He also currently serves as a Senior External Advisor to McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Lyons is a successful entrepreneur and business executive, having founded and managed real estate-related businesses through multiple economic cycles.  In 1996, he founded Granite Partners LLC, a boutique commercial real estate investment banking company with offices in New York, Texas, and California.  Mr. Lyons sold the business to Savills LLC in 2007.  Prior to forming Granite Partners, Mr. Lyons served as a Principal and Managing Director at Eastdil Realty, specializing in the disposition and restructuring of commercial real estate on a single asset and portfolio basis.  Mr. Lyons started his career at Spitzer and Feldman, P.C., where he practiced law in the areas of commercial and residential real estate.

Mr. Lyons received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and earned a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Lyons has been a regular expert commentator for major media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, NBC Nightly News, Bloomberg News, BusinessWeek and TheStreet.com.

 

Ms. Roth is the CEO of Connections and Bridges, a consulting firm that structures sales organizations, develops global workforce strategies, and provides executive coaching. Ms. Roth was a founding team member at Angelo, Gordon, & Co. where she spent 27 years. She focused on strategy and leadership for the marketing and sales department, fueling their tremendous growth from 16 to over 300 employees, and from $135 million AUM to $27 billion.

Prior to Angelo Gordon, Ms. Roth served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance at L.F. Rothschild & Co. She focused on planning IPOs and raising funds for fledging technology and healthcare companies. Ms. Roth also provided vital support for investment banking teams developing and implementing fundraising campaigns for venture companies.

In addition to her role on the Park Madison Partners Advisory Board, Ms. Roth serves the Board Director for Russel Clark Investment Management Funds and has serves on the Board of Directors of Greater New York since 2004 and is the Chair of the Investment Committee.

She received her B.A. from the University of Connecticut and her Certificate from the Women’s Director Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

 

Fritz Wolff is the Executive Chairman at The Wolff Company, an integrated real estate investment firm focused on the mission-driven development and management of rental communities across the North America. In his current role, Mr. Wolff is responsible for corporate governance and global strategy. He is an active member of the Wolff Company’s Executive Committee, and co-heads the firm’s Investment Committee.

Mr. Wolff has more than two decades of institutional real estate investment experience. He also serves on the board of USAA Realco.

Mr. Wolff attended Gonzaga University and serves as a member of the Gonzaga University Board of Regents and its Investment Committee. He also completed the OPM Program at Harvard University and is a founding member of YPO Scottsdale.
